Open Position: eCommerce Marketplace Listing Specialist

Small, family-owned/operated industrial supply business in Lebanon, PA is looking for help listing items on our website, eBay, Amazon and various other online/social platforms and marketplaces.

Highlights include:

  • Flexible Hours & Scheduling — 30-40 hours per week, anytime 7am-7pm Mon-Sat. (Part-time positions also available.)
  • No Experience Necessary — on the job training provided, no prior experience with eBay or websites required (although it never hurts!)

Duties include:

  • Listing items online (including research, writing descriptions, taking photos etc.)
  • Optimizing existing listings and item descriptions
  • Assisting with marketing and promotions development and implementation
  • Inventory organization, counting and light cleaning • Web store updates, data entry and organization

Requirements include:

  • Strong general computer skills (Typing, using basic programs, browsing web, email etc.) is an absolute MUST-HAVE
  • Strong written, spelling and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, team-focused, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Hard-working, honest and reliable
  • Valid PA drivers license
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Willingness to get a little dirty (Warehouse environment)

Helpful but not required:

  • Photography experience
  • Copywriting and/or marketing experience
  • Experience working with eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, WordPress and/or E-commerce
  • Experience or familiarity with industrial and MRO equipment (Motors, Gears, Conveyor belts, Seals, Bearings etc.)
  • Warehouse/forklift experience

Pay: Based on experience and qualifications

Benefits: ICHRA Health Reimbursement (Full-time only, after 60 days), 401K Company match up to 3% (after 6 months)
